IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Due to the licensing at the venue, you can NOT bring your own alcohol, as only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed, otherwise you would be breaking the law. Please make sure that all of your party are aware of this. There will be a bar on site with a range of tipples, as well as non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks for you to purchase. Please note that all monies from drinks sales go directly to Northwood House Charitable Trust to help maintain its grade II* listed Georgian manor house and its gardens.

  • We have as list of FAQs here.

  • We are not able to accommodate dogs on site during the festival.

OPENING TIMES

  • Our gates will open at the times stated on the event ticket pages, at which time you can visit the bar and enjoy our food options.

  • There is an on-site car park (entrance on Ward Avenue) which costs £3.50 per vehicle and must be paid in cash on the day, or you can pre-order a voucher when buying your tickets.

PLEASE NOTE

  • These are outdoor concerts. Only 'Table & Chairs' and 'Sofa' tickets include seating, and other ticket-holders are expected to sit on the lawn and bring their own blanket or folding chair. For those bringing seating, you may be asked to position yourselves in a designated area to avoid blocking the view of those behind you, so we advise bringing a blanket to sit on if you want to be close to the stage. Please do not bring gazebos or tables!
